and installation business, thanks to the unwavering technical support of Mr. Woo, who played a
pivotal role in operations—from the workshop floor to on-site installations.

and a willingness to learn, Ms. Karen and her team navigated the ups and downs, turning obstacles
into stepping stones. Recognizing the evolving market demands and the increasing need for
specialized, high-quality solutions, Ms. Karen took decisive steps to elevate the company’s
